Reinventing Healthcare Panel
Reinventing Healthcare is a program taped in the fall of 2008 that brought together a panel of experts and leading thinkers in the field to tackle health policy reform. The American Heart Association, with the help of Fred Friendly Seminars, convened the group with the 2008 presidential elections as the backdrop. The panelists gathered at the University of Mississippi to discuss how to best provide quality and affordable healthcare to all Americans with the goal of informing the public and policymakers and moving the debate forward. Without pushing any specific agenda, the panelists take on hypothetical scenarios and discuss how issues play out in everyday lives.
